Tahini dip
A great dip packed with healthy fats, protein, and calcium, which are all excellent for your growing baby. This dip is incredibly versatile and goes with many different foods: veggie batons, fritters, crackers, on baked potatoes, with a Buddha Bowl, and so on.
Prep: 5 minutes
Makes: 4 baby portions
3 tbsp natural yogurt
1 tbsp tahini
1/2 tsp garlic granules or powder
Generous squeeze of lemon juice
½ tsp olive oil
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Taste, and add more lemon juice and garlic powder if youâd like.
